Passes are non-refundable & non-transferable. Carry a valid government photo ID for entry.

• Passes are not refundable or transferable.
• A valid government photo ID is compulsory at the time of entry.
• Neither pass nor refund shall be considered for another day in case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances.
• Costumes must be strictly according to traditional Indian culture.
• Shorts, lowers, crops and night wear are strictly prohibited.
• Organisers are not responsible for any injury or incident that may occur during the event.
• In case of doubt, the pass holder and their belongings may be checked or searched.
• Prohibited items: scissors, knives, sharp objects, deodorants, explosives, crackers, inflammable objects, anti-cultural and illegal items.
• Consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and other toxic items is prohibited inside the campus.
• Anyone found drunk or intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.
• In case of nuisance or mischief, organisers may cancel the participation of the pass holder without refund.
• A penalty will be charged for any damage done to the property.
